Adlojada. Biografie i świadectwo (Adloyada. Biography and Testimony), edited by J. Brejdak, D. Kacprzak, J. Madejski, B.M. Wolska, Szczecin 2013

The main subject of the book is related to the 70th anniversary of Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, which was commemorated in 2013. The editors aimed at fulfilling the duty (Judaism had created a culture of memory). This was made in the report section: vital philosophical conceptions have been evoked, which emerged as a result of the Auschwitz experience. There was also a return to important, but not always widely known, individuals of postwar history. The book includes also material from the workshop part of the festival, which may be helpful for school education (on its various levels). Among them, a noteworthy part is the one devoted to Ghetto diaries, which are important element of literature. The diaries from Ghetto in a model way present what literature of the Holocaust is in our culture. The book contains also a part devoted to art history. There have been presented artistic biographies of Strzemiński's disciples and the output of Warsaw Ghetto.
